Absolute horror story!

CUSTARD'S LAST STAND IS CLOSING IT'S DOORS TOMORROW. LIFE IS JUST NOT FAIR.

Perhaps I am being a little over the top, but Custard's last stand was one of our favorite places in the world, like Greek's Pizzeria in Valparaiso. We went there often and we really enjoyed it. We even made jokes about the fact that if we ever moved away from Kansas City, we would have to come back to visit our friends and buy an entire case of Custard. We are very sad and we will definitely go there tomorrow to get our last round of Custard. So long Custard, we really enjoyed you and we will miss you.

I am so sad. They have the best custard. My kids love it, too. They like the custard, but they also like the spinny chairs. :(

We just got back from our last Custard at the old store and I am very sad as well. I wanted to buy a few dozen "Mini Tiger Tracks" just so we could remember how fun it was to go to the Custard store. James even had his first ever ice cream there, just about two short years ago.

Thank you Custard's Last Stand southern OP store, we will miss you.

I have to mention that I also found myself looking around the store for something with the Custard logo on it to buy, like the giant clock on the wall or a big trash can.

Custard's is closing? How is that even possible considering you would go there at least twice a week during the summer?
Is there other Custards in the area or are you going to being commuting to Lawrence for Dunkin Donuts and Custard's every weekend?

Blue Springs and Lee's Summit still have custards. That's Missouri. John's coworker lives out in Blue Springs, so we'll probably go visit her and make a custards run.

And when we first moved here, we easily had a $30/week habit. I heard the owners are just tired of owning.

The good news is that Greek's is still open, so get yer butts over here and grab some garlic knots while they're hot!

WE LOVE GARLIC KNOTS AT GREEK'S PIZZA!! THEY ARE SOOOO GOOD!!!

I can feel myself getting heavier as I dip them slowly and repeatedly in the melted butter, but I just can't stop myself. Can't stop, must gorge, can't stop, must keep gorging, need a beer too...
